attendee registers for tutorial(s) and/or workshop(s). For a CIKM/Workshop
attendee, the discount is $30 for each tutorial, $100 for a one-day workshop,
and $120 for a two-day workshop. This discount is uniform for all attendees
(members, non-members, and students). The discount is the same for early and
late registrations. The discount schedule is calculated as follows:

CIKM + ONE tutorial: $30 discount.
CIKM + TWO tutorials: $60 discount.
CIKM + ONE 1-day workshop: $100 discount.
CIKM + ONE 2-day workshop: $120 discount.
CIKM + ONE 1-day workshop + ONE tutorial: $130 discount.
CIKM + ONE 2-day workshop + ONE tutorial: $150 discount.
